I have a recipe for the best Italian sub you ever tasted, and I know that going out to eat is expensive so I will put up clone and knock off recipes here goes:
1/4 Pound Ground Beef or Italian Sauage
1/4 pound Ham
1/4 Pound Pepperoni
1/4 pound Genoa Salami
1/4 Cup lettuce
Tablespoon Pepperocini Peppers
3 Tablespoons of Provolone or Mozzeralla Cheese
One French or Italian Bun
Cook the hamburger or Italian sausage(without casing till done.)
Other meats can be cook or not cook depending on cook.
Combine Ingredients and pour Italian dressing over the toasted part of the bread.
BTW, it taste better when you cook ALL the meat.
