As far as I'm concerned, no CIA agent /operative/asset has any business participating in the conversations of liberals, moderates, progressives or leftists. But they do.
Just look at Markos C.A. Moulitsas Zúñiga, who has lied every way from Sunday about his past, and acknowledges that he spent over a year "training" at the CIA while he was starting DailyKos. So, what did they "train" him to do? Infiltrate the pseudo-leftist blogosphere and resist collaboration between the Black left and the white left?
E.g. 98% white at MyDD and 96% white at DailyKos. When you think about it, all you need to do to prevent the United States from becoming radical again, like in the 1960's is prevent Black and white activists on the Internet from collaborating, by setting up surreptitiously all-white blogs that attract the whites and then steadfastly resisting all attempts by Blacks to participate meaningfully there.
"No conspiracy theories." Many of not most Blacks believe that the Federal Government MAY have had a role in the invention and/or propagation of the AIDS virus, just as with the Tuskegee experiments. So, a ban on discussing such theories is a ban on Black people speaking our minds, which has the predictable and intentional effect of discouraging Black people from participating, which, in turn, protects white minds from the radicalizing influence of Black thought.
That alone would be reason enough to set some CIA agents loose in the blogosphere.
Larry Johnson is a crackpot, who wrote an op-ed for the NY times
only 2months before Sept. 11, that Americans were too concerned with
terrorists. Pretty shoddy work for a CIA guy. He's a geriatric version of Michael Crook; he writes and says anything for the attention.
This reminds me of the J. Edgar Hoover days. I believed he spied on every human being that he did not agree with. He went out of his way to fabricate, slander, smear,and label people criminals and communist. Hoover was a malicious hatemonger. Can't say that he is missed.
