Focus On Family: We Can Overcome Obama Like Churchill Overcame Hitler

A fundraising letter to stir the passions of its supporters has James Dobson’s focus on family comparing the election of Barack Obama to the rise of Hitler.
You may recall that in the most desperate days of World War II - when Great Britain was being pounded daily by Hitler’s Luftwaffe - that Winston Churchill called on his countrymen not to despair from danger but to rise to the challenge.
The urgent request for money is to ward against “tragic outcomes” of an Obama administration, which they hope to do “with God’s help” to “stem the tide of liberalism.
Our nation has never faced the kind of anti-family, pro-abortion assault that we’re likely to see in the coming weeks and months. We don’t have to guess what the Left will do now that they control Congress and the White House…
In keeping with the Hitler theme, John Derbyshire at National Review decided to compare President-elect Obama’s proposed expansion of Americorps to Nazi concentration camps and gulags.
