Pigboy gets paid, next move BOYCOTT

Rush Limbaugh is getting $400 million dollars for being a punk. Now I don't like Rush and we know how he feels about us "Magic Negro's"I guess it's on at E.I.B. his broadcasters. How do we go after Rush's owners , hey let's get Saudi's.Let's let the Saudi's know how anti-Islamic he is . Let them pull their money out of EIB, e,i e,i o.Another power move is to contact Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner and ask that she enforce to the fullest, prosecuting people like Oreilly and Limbaugh that comitted voter fraud. There are 1,800 people in Cuyahoga County that can get in on the ground floor of a class action lawsuit against pigboy. Let's see if they are more devoted to the all mighty dollar or pigboy.

"Voter Fraud" is when you alter, misrepresent or deliberately mis-count votes already cast.

(think Chicago/Daly machine)

A case for "Election Fraud" could also be made if voters are 'mislead' into voting for the wrong candidate.

In order for 'Operation Chaos' to be illegal, it would first have to be illegal to change your party affiliation and do what you wish with your Constitutionally-guaranteed vote.

It's not.

No Voters were defrauded.

No votes were mis-counted, misrepresented, or altered once cast.

Game Over.

Hey Einstein, its illegal in Cuyahoga County. All we need is one of Limpballs boys to want to get paid and charge him with a crime. That $400 million contract should shake up the trees a bit.

"Hey Einstein, its illegal in Cuyahoga County."

To change your party affiliation and do what you wish with your Constitutionally-guaranteed vote?

No man, not even in Cuyahoga County.

'Want to get paid' might get a b.s. lawsuit filed - takes rather more than that to make something a 'crime'...

..no matter how badly you might want it to be otherwise.

MD: changing your party affiliation insincerely is illegal in Cuyahoga County.

"The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections has launched an investigation that could lead to criminal charges against voters who maliciously switched parties for the March 4 presidential primary."

Kellybelle,

Didn't mean to leave you hangin' out there - thought this thread was played out...

I'm not saying that I doubt someone will try to bring-charges/cash-in, but when you get into the realm of:

"actions which are not illegal until you add the state of mind of the person committing the action"

..you're brushing up against thought-crime, and that's a bit stickier of a wicket.

The image of criminally charging someone for changing their party affiliation, seems a bit like a Union boss meting out punishment against a member after a vote in which said member "didn't know what was good for him."
